Cancellation & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires

1.2 Campaign Cancellation

Brands can cancel campaigns subject to the following conditions:

  • Campaigns with no active bids can be cancelled without penalty
  • Campaigns with accepted bids may require mutual agreement with the influencer
  • Cancellation of campaigns after work has begun may result in partial payment obligations

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Refunds

  • The 15-day free trial allows you to explore our platform without any charges
  • After the trial period, subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances

2.2 Coin Purchase Refunds

  • Coin purchases are generally non-refundable once completed
  • Unused coins remain in your account and do not expire
  • Refunds for accidental purchases may be requested within 24 hours of purchase
  • All refund requests are subject to verification and approval

2.3 Campaign Payment Refunds

  • Payments for completed campaigns are non-refundable
  • Disputes regarding campaign deliverables should be raised within 7 days of completion
  • GetCollab will mediate disputes between brands and influencers
  • Refunds may be issued if deliverables significantly deviate from agreed terms

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your transaction details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Change of mind after the applicable refund period has expired
