GetCollab is a digital platform that connects brands with influencers for marketing campaigns. As we provide digital services, traditional shipping does not apply to our core offerings.

2. Digital Service Delivery

2.1 Account Access

  • Access to the platform is provided immediately upon successful registration
  • Premium features are activated instantly after payment confirmation
  • No physical delivery is required for platform access

2.2 Subscription Services

  • 15-day free trial begins immediately upon signup for brands
  • Paid subscriptions (₹200/month) are activated instantly after payment
  • All features are delivered digitally through the platform

2.3 Coin Purchases

  • Coins are credited to your account immediately after successful payment
  • No physical delivery or shipping is involved
  • Coins can be used instantly for bidding on campaigns

3. Campaign Deliverables

3.1 Digital Deliverables

Influencers deliver campaign content digitally through:

  • Social media posts on specified platforms
  • Digital content files uploaded through the platform
  • Links to published content
  • Analytics reports and performance metrics

3.2 Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines are agreed upon between brands and influencers for each campaign
  • Standard delivery timeframe ranges from 3-14 days depending on campaign requirements
  • Rush deliveries may be available by mutual agreement

3.3 Content Review

  • Brands have 7 days to review delivered content
  • Revision requests should be made within the review period
  • Number of revisions is typically specified in campaign requirements

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

4.1 Product Sampling

In cases where brands send physical products to influencers for review:

  • Shipping arrangements are made directly between brands and influencers
  • GetCollab is not responsible for product shipping or delivery
  • Brands should use reliable courier services with tracking
  • Delivery confirmation should be obtained

4.2 Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs for physical products are borne by the brand
  • Shipping fees are not processed through GetCollab
  • Brands and influencers should agree on shipping terms before campaign commencement

5. Service Interruptions

In rare cases where platform services are unavailable:

  • We will notify users via email and platform notifications
  • Service credits may be provided for extended interruptions
  • Campaign deadlines may be extended to account for service interruptions

6. Data Delivery

6.1 Analytics and Reports

  • Campaign analytics are available in real-time through the platform
  • Reports can be downloaded as PDF or CSV files
  • Historical data is retained for the duration of your account

6.2 Account Data

  • Upon account closure, users can request their data within 30 days
  • Data is provided in a standard digital format
  • Data delivery typically occurs within 7-10 business days of request

7. Third-Party Services

If you purchase services from third parties through our platform:

  • Those services are subject to the third party's shipping and delivery terms
  • GetCollab is not responsible for third-party service delivery
  • Please review the specific terms of any third-party services

8. International Users

Our digital services are available globally:

  • Platform access is provided worldwide with no geographic restrictions
  • Payment processing may be subject to international transaction fees
  • Campaign collaborations between users in different countries are supported
