3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use our services
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Types

Users can register as either:

Brand: To create campaigns and hire influencers
Influencer: To bid on campaigns and offer services

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Brand Responsibilities

Provide clear and accurate campaign requirements
Pay agreed amounts for completed work
Respect intellectual property rights
Provide timely feedback and communication

4.2 Influencer Responsibilities

Deliver work as specified in campaign requirements
Provide authentic engagement metrics
Comply with FTC disclosure guidelines and advertising regulations
Maintain professional communication

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Subscription Fees

Brands receive a 15-day free trial
After the trial, a subscription fee of ₹200/month is required
Influencers can create profiles for free

5.2 Coin System

1 coin = ₹10
Coins are used for bidding on campaigns
Coin purchases are processed through secure payment gateways

5.3 Platform Fees

GetCollab may charge service fees on transactions. These fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
Circumventing the platform to conduct transactions off-platform
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Violating intellectual property rights
Posting false or misleading information
Using automated systems or bots
Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they create. By posting content on GetCollab, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

7.2 Platform Content

All platform features, design, and functionality are owned by GetCollab and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between brands and influencers:

Parties should first attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication
GetCollab may provide mediation services upon request
Final decisions will be made at GetCollab's discretion based on evidence provided

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time through account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

GetCollab is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of content posted by users, or for the conduct of users on or off the platform. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
